Ormi Labs receives $300K grant from Google Cloud to scale Web3 data infrastructure
Ormi Labs joins the Google Cloud Web3 Startup Program with a $300K grant to scale real-time data infra. Ormi powers high-throughput apps like DeFi, AI agents, and gaming apps with sub-second latency across 70+ chains via subgraphs, data APIs, and SQL.

We’re excited to announce that Ormi Labs has been accepted into the Google Cloud Web3 Startup Program, receiving a $300,000 grant to support the delivery of real-time data to developers building on the blockchain.
This program helps us expand our infrastructure with cloud redundancy, elastic compute, and storage, enabling even more scalable and reliable access to blockchain data for our users.
Ormi is designed to stream real-time data that stays at the tip of the chain, powering everything from DeFi protocols to AI agents to games and trading apps where every millisecond counts.
Our platform delivers:
- Real-time Subgraphs with sub-30ms latency at 1,000+ RPS (scalable to 4,000 RPS)
- Data APIs for historical and live queries
- SQL queries for research, modeling, and analytics
- Support for 70+ chains, including L2s and fast-finality networks
With this $300K grant, we can:
- Accelerate support for more chains
- Scale dynamically during traffic spikes or token generation events
- Power compute-intensive workloads like full historical backfills
- Enhance uptime and scalability for critical workloads
About Google Cloud Web3 Program
The Google Cloud Web3 Program was launched in 2023 with a $6 million grant program to back the most promising blockchain startups with infrastructure, credits, and technical support.
What’s Next
This support helps us continue to deliver real-time blockchain data for applications that cannot afford to lag, so developers and projects can focus on building amazing product experiences for the end-user.
Stay tuned.
